Sheet metal processing operation flow

4, flanging and tapping. The flanging, also known as the puncture, is to draw a slightly larger hole in a smaller base hole and tap the hole. Do this to add strength and avoid slippery teeth. It is usually used for sheet metal processing with thin thickness. When the plate thickness is large, such as the thickness of 2.0, 2.5, etc., we can directly tap the wire without turning over.

5, punch processing. Generally, punching, punching, blanking, punching, punching, punching, and the like are processed to achieve the processing intention. The processing needs have a corresponding mold to complete the operation. The punching convex hull has a convex overmold, and the ruptured tear has a tear forming die.

6, pressure riveting. For the factory, press rivet studs, rivet nuts, rivet screws, etc. are often used. The riveting method is usually completed by punching or hydraulic riveting machine, and riveted to the sheet metal parts. on.

7, bending. Bending is to fold a 2D flat piece into a 3D part. The processing needs include a folding bed and a corresponding bending die to complete the operation. It also has a certain order of bending. The principle is that the first knife does not have the first fold of the dry, and the dry and the back fold will occur.

8, welding. Welding is the process of welding multiple parts together to achieve machining or individual part seam welding to add strength. The processing side usually has the following types: CO2 gas maintenance welding, argon arc welding, spot welding, robot welding, and the like. The choice of these welding methods is based on practical requirements and raw materials. Generally, CO2 gas maintenance welding is used for iron plate welding; argon arc welding is used for aluminum plate welding; robot welding is mainly used when the material is large and the weld is long. For the welding of cabinets, robot welding can be used, which can save many missions, improve work efficiency and weld quality.

9, the appearance of processing. The external treatment usually includes a phosphate film, electroplated color zinc, chromate, baking varnish, oxidation, and the like. Phosphating coatings are commonly used in cold-rolled sheets and electrolytic sheets. The effect is mainly by plating a layer of maintenance film on the material table to avoid oxidation; in addition, it enhances the adhesion of the paint. Electroplated color zinc is usually treated with cold-rolled sheet surface; chromate and oxidation are usually used for aluminum sheet and aluminum profile treatment; the selection of detailed surface treatment methods is based on customer's request.
